Greg and Gordon DelGiorno wrote the screenplay, along with Patty Blanchfield of Wilmington, and shared roles as director and producer. The film premiered March 25, 2004 at the Newark Cinema Center and was shown again last night.
Film Brothers Productions is back to comedy! Getting Even, the latest Film Brothers Productions feature movie, is about senior citizens who have had enough flack from the younger generation and are seeking revenge. The world premiere will be a big, big event!
Here’s the deal. We are taking pre-orders for tickets at $25 each, including movie admission (70 minutes) and dinner buffet immediately after the show at Timothy’s Restaurant Newark (off Paper Mill Road). The buffet will feature chicken marsala, beef burgundy over rice, caesar salad, bruschetta, buffalo wings, roasted potatoes, spring vegetables. rolls and butter. Beverages are up to you! We’ll have giveaways, prizes, silent auction, etc.
‘Getting Even’ was filmed in Wilmington and Newark, Delaware. It is about a group of four irate senior citizens who murder everyone and anyone who turns out to be mean, annoying or just plain rude to them. This comedy / drama film brands a dry and dark, yet enjoyable humor throughout the film.
Filmmakers Gordon and Greg DelGiorno of Film Brothers Productions debuted this full-length motion picture to a sold out audience at the Newark Cinema Center March 25, 2004.
